Hello, my name is Alexander Parashev.
I do a curious thing: I make people beautiful and healthy. I have 11 years of school education behind me. 14 years of sportsmanship in Greco-Roman wrestling to the level of Master of Sports of Russia. 5 years of study at the Academy of Physical Culture, which gave me the right to be a “Specialist in Physical Culture and Sports.” 4 years of study at KamGIFK made me an “Instructor of exercise therapy and massage.”
And now I have been working with children for 20 years. Making them healthy, athletic, appreciating and loving physical education and sports.
I am a coach, teacher. For the last 5 years, I have also been adding a body expert (massage therapist) here.
Many children and adults of different ages have passed through my hands. With different physical fitness and health status! Boys and girls, men and women, have different body problems that interfere with a happy everyday life.

My task is to remove or minimize that part of the discomfort in the body that prevents you from living happy and cheerful.
