We ordered this photographer for two events on September 18 and 24. On September 18, everything went perfectly: Alina arrived on time and worked all the agreed time for the event. As promised, I uploaded the sources the very next day (though not all of them). She also worked on September 24, but did not get in touch within the agreed time frame. She did not respond to messages about where the sources were. As a result, I managed to get through to her on September 27: she said that she was sick. Okay, we are all human and the situation is like this, there are no questions, we are waiting for recovery. October 8 - silence. I am writing to her to find out how she is feeling. Alina reported that she had recovered and was discharged. By the way, we were always the first to get in touch; the girl did not consider it necessary to somehow inform us about the fate of our photographs. October 10, I am writing with repeated reminders - we finally receive the source files from the second event (again, not all of them, and here the photographer even stops saying hello in messages). On October 23, I could no longer stand it and said, either she gives 50% of the payment and all the sources, or she does the work we paid for - within a week. To which the answer was: “I heard you, I’ll solve everything as soon as possible.” Initially, the deadline for receiving processed photos was 7-10 days after the event. We have not received a single one from either 18 or 24 (and not all the sources). Since October 23, the photographer has not responded to messages and phone calls. I hope that through this comment I will be able to reach Alina, and will not have to lead to negative reviews on social media. networks and other sources.
