Hello! My name is Vladislav Gorbachev. I am professionally engaged in psychological counseling, psychotherapy and coaching. I work for those who need real changes in their personal, family or professional lives.

My path in psychology began in school. Then I realized that I was definitely not happy with the way I lived, the way I built relationships with myself and other people.

I wanted to stop overreacting to criticism and aggression, to understand myself, my desires and capabilities. I wanted to change my social circle and become self-confident. I really wanted to understand how the world works and how I could find my place in it.

I followed my heart and went to study at the Faculty of Psychology. I graduated from it twice - bachelor's and master's degrees. Now I head the Personnel Development Center in a federal company, conducting business and personal training. At the Psychological Center "Balance" I provide psychological counseling and coaching, conduct master classes and trainings.

I continue my education: I have completed practical training in psychological counseling, coaching, and business training. I regularly participate in personal training, take personal consultations and supervision.

What has changed in my life thanks to psychology?
- I am aware of my feelings and emotions, I manage them. This helps resolve conflicts and build business and intimate relationships.
- I understand my own desires and try to separate them from those brought from outside. In a consumer society, this helps save effort and money.
- I speak in front of people without fear, I even began to like it.
- I find the strength and energy in myself to take and do what I plan.
- I ask for support when required. Got rid of the complex of omnipotence and omnipotence. Close people nearby are the greatest gift.
- I realized that the “devil” is not so scary, that it is important to look within yourself. The past cannot be changed. You can change your attitude towards him. Healing from old grievances and traumas lies in this plane.
