Maybe in terms of price, not everyone will like it, some will think that the cost of sports massage from Alexander is really overpriced, but I personally like it, and everything is fine. I’ve definitely been to him 9 times, if not more, and it’s especially important before training (I’m a professional runner), when you need to prepare your muscles for increased stress. And the massage therapist does his job very well.
