I work in an integrative approach using EMDR techniques.
The integrative approach is the best, most effective techniques of different schools of psychotherapy (Gestalt, cognitive, psychoanalysis and others). The choice of technique depends on how suitable it is in a particular situation for a particular person, and not on theoretical views.
EMDR is a technique that allows your brain to solve psychological problems on its own. Our task is to launch the natural process of information processing in it.
EMDR fully corresponds to my views on the therapy process:
- focus on a quick and complete solution to a specific problem;
- you don’t need to become someone else to achieve results;
- everyone has an internal potential for healing, all the answers are within you;
- every person can count on understanding, acceptance and respect.
