Excellent Recommends master: YesI had my hair bleached Scandinavian blonde at Julia's. The result is simply wonderful! The color turned out quite natural, without the unpleasant yellow or purple tints that I had when dyeing at home. Now I look like a natural blonde :-) I’m very pleased. I thank Yulia for her work, and I recommend her as a skilled colorist and pleasant artist.
