The beauty bar has a cosmetologist's office. On 03/31/2023 at 20:00 I made an appointment for a promotion for 700 rubles for ultrasonic facial cleansing. Having met the master, Gunel IMMEDIATELY said that this was the cosmetologist’s FIRST time in this studio. When I lay down on the couch, the master told me, “Instead of ultrasound, I would better advise you to do mechanical cleaning and peeling,” without specifying that (as it turned out later!) this is not included in the price of the promotion, which I signed up for for 700 rubles. . This is my first time in the studio with a cosmetologist, I don’t know the price and services! As a result, I said to do it at the discretion of the specialist, since only she can assess the condition of my skin. As soon as we finished, the master informed me that I was charged 3000+ ₽!!! The master knew that it was my FIRST TIME in the salon, I don’t know the price, I came on a promotion!!! A terrible aftertaste after a visit to the salon, considering that I went for the procedure for 700 rubles, and they told me the amount was almost 5 times more! The administrator was not there, and there was no time to figure it out. As a result, I paid 1690₽ only for mechanical cleaning. Let employees warn guests about the price list if they do not perform the procedures for which the guest signed up! It feels like this is a money scam! Zero customer focus!
