I go to the Donna Felice beauty salon to have my eyebrows tinted and corrected; I really like the way the artist works here. I always go to the same girl. The eyebrows turn out perfect, good shape and color. The eyebrows are not over-plucked, the color is perfect. I like that the paint does not wear off for up to a month. I recommend Donna Felice, good salon, pleasant atmosphere and prices.
