I agree. in the end, it turns out that the first procedure is paid separately, with a different cost as the call center wrote down, on the second visit I ask why they charged me twice as much, eyes on the floor, we will give you a discount, I thought strangely... let's move on, For the 3rd procedure, the administrators are signing me up because they are not working that day, ok, on the appointed day (January 4th) I come - the door is closed, no one is there, I call the hotline, according to them the office is open... strange. On weekdays after the 10th, it turns out that something happened to the “master”. We all work with people.... but just give up and not come...atas... Let's move on, I come to the office, collect the money and refuse services. Well, no matter how it’s done, I also work with people, I don’t allow myself to do that. There is no contract, just !scan! “subscription”, well, it was my mistake, I should have thought about it even then, I’m writing an application for a refund. Administrator's words: there will be a decision within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I write myself, saying that suddenly something happened now. In response - we will find out and call you back, again problems with personnel, irreplaceable people. As a result, after 1.5 months of attacks and indignation on my part, part of the money was returned to me, attention by transfer to a phone number. Decide for yourself, of course, but the office is so-so.
