Excellent Recommends salon: YesA decent barbershop in Kazan, for men and boys. There are quite qualified barbers, the prices are very affordable, one of the lowest in Kazan. They are not anything outstanding, but if you need a quick and good haircut, it will do. In principle, you can come to Paradis without an appointment; the barbers almost always have a window, which is a certain convenience.
