ExcellentBudget but very good hair salon. We go here with my husband, since we live not very far away. Prices in Jasmine are the most pleasant in the area, and some of the best in Kazan. The staff may not have a lot of diplomas, but they know their stuff. They cut your hair quickly and well, and give you a decent hairstyle that you can wear to an evening party. Clean, bright interior, quite spacious room, overall a good hairdresser.
