Hello! I propose to work through the difficulties together and find a solution. I am a practicing psychologist with a higher psychological education, a certified specialist, 7 years of experience in psychological work.

Apathy, difficulty with motivation,

HOW I WORK:

I will listen to you and ask questions and give feedback. I will help you look at the situation with a fresh look and see the reasons for the difficulties. Together we will develop specific steps to solve the problem, find resources and opportunities for change.

The basis of my work is scientifically based methods, emotional involvement and respect for the client’s personality.

I work in an existential approach and use techniques from other psychotherapeutic methods.

POSSIBLE WORK FORMATS:

Short-term work - consulting: we work together on a specific problem.

Longer work: not only cope with the problem, but also gain inner strength and the ability to rely on yourself in making decisions, trust yourself more, experience a sense of satisfaction and joy in your life.
