As a psychologist and yoga therapist, I have been working with people for over 10 years. I know the intricacies of psychological issues that people face in their personal, family and professional lives. I believe that understanding and dialogue solve any problem. I help clients survive, rethink, find a way out of difficult circumstances and start a new stage in life with confidence and good mood.
In my work I use techniques from the main psychotherapeutic areas: art-gestalt and psychodrama. My goal is to promote a way out of difficult circumstances through new meanings and freedom of choice.
