Hello! My name is Daniil, I am an existential-analytical psychologist.

This method allows you to work deeply and systematically. As a rule, a person comes with a certain problem. But, working with the first request, we also work through other important topics, deficits, painful experiences that prevent us from living a harmonious and happy life.

I work individually with adults and adolescents, regardless of their gender, nationality and beliefs. Topics in consulting are broad and may include:

Emotional problems
- feelings of loneliness, low self-esteem, self-criticism, self-doubt, guilt, envy and resentment, anxiety and fears, stress, worry, depression, apathy, burnout, aggression, low mood, lack of trust, problems with excess weight.

Personal crises
- loss of meaning in life; stress due to major changes in life (change to another job, wedding, pregnancy, birth of a child, moving); spiritual crises; death of a loved one; experiencing a serious illness.

Psychological traumas and their consequences
- psychological trauma received in childhood; rape and sexual abuse; physical and psychological violence in the family; psychological violence at work; facing extremely difficult life situations.

Couple relationship
- relationships don’t work out; conflicts in a couple, quarrels, grievances in relationships; partner's betrayal; emotional dependence on a partner; experience of separation, unhappy love; difficulties in the sexual sphere.

In the modern world, people study a lot, master new skills and professions. However, few people also devote enough time to developing their inner world and psychological well-being. • training in the Gestalt therapy program at the Moscow Institute of Gestalt and Psychodrama
• training under the program of the Russian-Austrian Institute of Existential-Analytical Psychology and Psychotherapy (GLE-International)
Work experience since 2012: psychological counseling, conducting group trainings and seminars, psychodiagnostics; working with adults and adolescents.

My professional development includes personal therapy, supervision and regular professional development.
