Excellent Recommends master: YesAs a master, Anton Kozlovskikh is one of the best in the city (in the city, in the world). I hammered his entire left hand and the work was done in such a way that there was no need to dig into it or correct anything. Clean, sterile, all without fuss and pain. I’d especially like to praise him for the reasonable price tag for his work, which makes him stand out from other tattoo artists who can’t even transfer a design, but ask for tens of thousands.
