Good afternoon My name is Alexander, I am a psychologist-psychotherapist, system constellator, yoga instructor, and leader of trainings on voice opening.
I find an individual approach for each client. In my work I use various methods and practices of transpersonal psychology, Body-oriented techniques, Gestalt dialogue techniques, guided imagination, symbol drama by Hanskarl Leiner, transactional analysis by Eric Berne, as well as oriental yoga techniques. Very often in my classes I use a constellation approach, which allows me to see the cause of the problem together with the client and work through it. The constellation approach allows you to see the situation from the outside, as if from the position of an observer; this method of deep short-term therapy allows you to take a more holistic look at the problem and effectively solve it.
