This was my first time going for hair removal and I am very pleased with the result. Master Diana turned out to be a very nice girl and an excellent professional; she calmed me down before the procedure and managed to distract me. I was pleased with the office and the conditions in which the procedure took place, it was clean and cozy. I am also satisfied with the result of the procedure, the skin is smooth, I did not notice any broken or ingrown hairs. I can recommend Diana as a good master of her craft.
