I've been on the same page with tattoos for a long time. I had a tattoo on my shoulder and apparently it was not very high quality. Over time, it simply began to wear off and now the drawing is slightly blurry. I was looking for a master who could cover up such a tattoo. Advise me Evgeniy Goncharov. Really, but he does this.
