I am very grateful to you for your professionalism! In May of this year I had otoplasty with Guzal (my very protruding ears were tightened). Everything went perfectly, literally in two steps. I was very worried before the operation, but in vain. She underwent local anesthesia. I was conscious and listened to the doctor. She talked about all the stages and calmed me down. A couple of hours after the operation I went home. My next visit was to remove stitches. All the staff at the salon were polite. Overall, I was satisfied with everything.
