Excellent Recommends master: YesOn the advice of a friend, I turned to Alina Zhiglova (makeup artist) and was amazed at the qualifications and professionalism of the artist. She treats every client very carefully and meticulously. She gave me eyebrow tattooing, lip tattooing and eyelash tattooing. I was very pleased.
