I help children and parents understand and cope with difficulties in development, behavior, communication, learning and academic performance, with various experiences, aggression, anxiety, fears, stressful situations, as well as psychological causes of bodily symptoms (frequent colds, allergies, sleep disorders, eating disorders ; enuresis, encopresis, constipation, gastrointestinal dysfunction; headaches, tics, obsessive actions, etc.).

I help adults cope with various experiences and stressful situations: loss of a loved one, separation, anxiety, depression, fears, feelings of hopelessness, self-doubt, loss of interest in life and work, difficulties in communicating with others, uncontrollable emotions. I also help to find and process the psychological causes of sexual problems and bodily ailments (psychosomatic problems).

In my work, in addition to conversation, I use the Sandplay method - the client builds a series of paintings in the sand using many figures collected in the office. This is how it becomes possible to show what is difficult to talk about, process experiences in the process of creative self-expression, and find resources to cope with the problem.
