I'm Oksana. I am a certified permanent makeup artist.

Almost always permanent makeup in my work heals without the formation of thick crusts. I don’t do template eyebrow shapes (as can often be seen in the profiles of many masters). Each face is unique and the shape and color of the eyebrows must suit you and please you first of all, and not the artist.
