Hello! I am a clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of consulting experience.
Those who find themselves at a dead end, confused or stuck in a situation that does not satisfy come to me. I console, help normalize psycho-emotional and psychophysical well-being, clarify and/or understand the situation, myself. And life gets better imperceptibly. The main thing is to understand that you always need to start with yourself.

Over the past few years, I have been working primarily with women in the antenatal clinic and maternity hospital, including during pregnancy and early motherhood. I know how those experiences and psycho-emotional, psychophysical states of women are structured and filled with, which unsettle them, cause suffering, take away strength and generally ruin their lives.

Often these are anxious and depressive states, loss of trust in oneself or loved ones, difficulties in relationships, one’s own and/or other people’s behavior that is not satisfactory, dissatisfaction in a particular issue, a feeling that a woman cannot cope, powerlessness, disappointment, helplessness, unrequited feelings.

Often it's about pain. And, oh, how hard it is to touch her. . . This requires not only courage and a desire to heal, but also a willingness to go into it, and, probably most importantly, trust in someone who can help with this. This trust is what we, together with the client, are gradually moving towards.

I work in a humanistic manner, based on a focusing and body-oriented approach.

My principles: gentleness, gradual movement from the surface of the problem into the depths, return to the true self.

The results that my clients achieve: less pain, more freedom and harmony with themselves and/or others, more self-understanding and self-acceptance, awakening and using creativity, being filled with life and inspiration, gaining knowledge of what is best to do with what causes suffering, achieving balanced well-being, calmness, confidence in choices, decision-making and further actions.

Many years of experience in training, self-research, personal therapy and advisory work with clients allows me to very subtly and quite accurately tune in with everyone who turns to me for help - namely with his/her feelings, experiences, delve into his/her own meanings, and not to introduce or attribute to people what I personally think is correct and necessary. I follow the client, groping after him, with him, for his truth, his truth. I touch the sore only when the person is ready, not earlier, and I try to do it as delicately as possible. And although I can lead where a person loses his bearings (at times I have to do this), I still prefer to teach or awaken in him the ability to find this landmark on his own.

It is important for everyone to be heard and understood; this is the only way to come to an agreement with oneself, and after this, with the world. And this is the basis of healing. . .

Stages of my psychological practice since 2007

Experience in individual counseling, leading groups and psychological work with clients through the body:
Institute of Human Corporeality, Moscow (2007-2010);
Private psychological practice, Moscow (from 2010 to present).
Korolyovsky Maternity Hospital, antenatal clinic (from 2016 to present)

Experience in teaching psychology at universities and medical schools in Moscow.

Experience in writing psychological articles - magazines "Directory of an educational psychologist", "Directory of the head of an educational institution."
