Marilyn Cosmetology Center began its activities on January 4, 1993. On this day we had our first procedure. It was a vacuum massage for the purpose of figure correction. In total, we performed 16 procedures that day!

The Marilyn Center was practically a pioneer in the development and application of non-surgical techniques in aesthetic medicine. And in 1994 we received our first license for therapeutic cosmetology. We learned, and licensing authorities also learned from our example, how to issue medical licenses to private enterprises. The first license was handwritten, since special forms had not yet been developed.
Currently, we operate in the field of providing services, both medical (cosmetology, piercing - based on License No. PO-77-01-001797 dated September 25, 2009) and household (permanent makeup).
The head of the Marilyn Center Vitaly Okhotenko is:

- master of permanent makeup since 1994;
- founder and director of the Marilyn Center permanent makeup school;
- President of the International League of Permanent Makeup Professionals;
- Member of the Public Council of the Rospotrebnadzor Office for Moscow;
- member of the Committee TK-346 “Household Services” of Rosstandart;
- Member of the American Association of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals (SPCP, USA);
- Lecturer at the Department of Medical Aesthetics of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (courses "Basics of permanent makeup" and "Basics of piercing").
Since 1994, the Marilyn Center has been a constant participant and winner of various medical and cosmetology exhibitions.
At the Marilyn Center, since 1996, a total of more than 1000 people have been trained as a permanent makeup master, artistic tattoo artist, permanent makeup master trainer, and piercing specialist.
As part of the activities of the International League of Permanent Makeup Professionals, the Marilyn Center has been the main organizer and sponsor of the annual international forums THE BEST IN PERMANENT MAKE UP in Montenegro since 2010.
