Excellent Recommends master: YesI have long wanted to go to Victor, as I heard a lot of flattering reviews. I came to him with damaged hair and a strong desire to become a platinum blonde. He refused to bleach me right away. I came several times over the course of a couple of months to at least somehow revive my hair. And now, a couple of months later... voila, I'm blonde. The color turned out very beautiful, just as I wanted, WITHOUT YELLOWING. We made the roots a little darker and now it’s not so noticeable when it grows back.
