Excellent Recommends salon: YesBy Moscow standards, the Economy hairdresser is truly an excellent option in terms of price and quality. I have been to expensive hairdressers, but the haircut here is no worse than in expensive salons. They also know how to do manicures here, although I don’t order a complicated one, but still, I’m always happy with the result. The hairdresser is about average, but quite high quality, no complaints.
