Excellent Recommends salon: YesI got my eyebrows tattooed three months ago. Now, even after washing off my makeup, my eyebrows stay in place and I look great. I can wear hats and not be afraid that my eyebrows will disappear somewhere or be smeared somewhere. But I still slightly curl my eyebrows, apparently a matter of habit, but only slightly and only at the tips. It takes me 2 minutes of time!! I love my eyebrows and will do more.
