I don’t regret getting a tattoo (between the lashes), my eyes look completely different, more expressive, and in addition my eyelashes are visually thicker. Of course, the procedure did not feel particularly pleasant, but there was no pain, and for the sake of beauty you can endure it. I had it done at the Saly Art studio, which specializes in tattooing; by the way, they also remove old tattoos there.
