Owl is a decent cosmetology center, I have something to compare with, I have visited others, but this 4 months I have been going, and several times a month. It is located well for me, they provide a lot of services, but I mostly get my nails done here, get my hair cut, and have only had hair removal three times. So far I have no complaints, the craftsmen here are conscientious and really try to please the client.
