I somehow decided to change my hairstyle and make my hair long, it grows slowly for me and it took 7-8 months for it to finally cover my ears. But they became too shaggy and it was decided to tidy them up, removing a little excess, maintaining the length and shortening the bangs a little so that they fit into the styling. This is what I told Ulyana about right after she finished cleaning the floor from the hair of the previous visitor using a hairdryer. But she apparently had a different opinion, so she decided that the hair covering my ears did not suit me, was unnecessary and removed it, of course she did not ask my opinion, considering it unnecessary, just think, it took about 7 months for a person to grow his hair, which is what I said at the very beginning of the haircut, the main thing is what the specialist decides, who twice offered different styling options, not paying attention to the fact that I initially showed both on myself and in the photo what kind of styling I needed, apparently considering my wish too poor. It is worth saying that I could not fulfill Ulyana’s wishes in terms of viewing the rear view of the resulting masterpiece, for the reason that I have poor vision, which is what I said, but almost immediately I was asked to look in the mirror again, obviously believing that my vision was good should be restored. I was able to appreciate the beauty of the work done and the depth of thought of this specialist only at home, having discovered, in addition to the general wretchedness of the resulting so-called hairstyle, there was also a mismatch in the length of the hair of 1.5 cm on the side of the temples. The next day I disturbed Ulyana again, considering that the hair on one side of the temples should not be 1.5 cm longer, although this may be normal, the main thing, as everyone already understood, is not my opinion, but the opinion of the person who agreed with me cut. I felt even more “positive” when my friends and colleagues saw me; there wasn’t a single person who could appreciate Ulyana’s hard work, but everyone was very interested in where exactly my hair was so disfigured. I am attaching photos before and after the haircut, so that there are no opinions that I made it all up, I also kept the receipt, the need for which they asked me when issuing it. In fairness, it should be noted that I was asked to return the money paid and you know, I agreed and took it, but I think that I would have agreed to pay the same amount and return it as it was, without visiting this “wonderful establishment”, where my partner and colleague Ulyana that day was a young man, reminiscent of a school graduate, but confident with vast experience in working and communicating with clients, who could handle any task, like this entire establishment, because not everyone knows how to remove hair from the floor with a hairdryer. I wonder whether this not entirely enthusiastic review will be published and how the management of such a cool and undoubtedly customer-oriented establishment will react. I guess not
