Update Clinic
The clinic was founded by Dr. Elena Umnova, a certified cosmetologist with 15 years of experience. Elena completed two years of residency at the Department of Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology at RUDN University, and took a course in trichology at the Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. Years of practice, hundreds of satisfied clients, dozens of conferences and trainings around the world led to a complete understanding of all processes and the decision to start my own business.

I am 43 years old. I had a late delivery two years ago. I had a hard time walking throughout my pregnancy and suffered from toxicosis. She gave birth to a daughter on time. I visited the cosmetology center "Update Clinic" in order to improve my figure and took a course of anti-cellulite massage. I was very pleased, firstly, the master who massaged me was very attentive, constantly asked how I was feeling, and it was clear that she was interested in making sure that I was satisfied and that the annoying cellulite went away. After the course of massage, cellulite really decreased, the volume went away very well, and in general the skin was greatly tightened. The downside is a little unpleasant, but at the end of the massage course the skin gets used to it and there is no such feeling anymore. I will definitely recommend! Very satisfied with the services!
