I have been going to Elena Nizhnevskaya for coated manicures for a long time, I like the artist. The office is clean, the atmosphere is always welcoming, it’s a pleasure to be there. There is a sterilizer for instruments; they are always opened in front of me, so I don’t worry about safety.
