Excellent Recommends salon: YesOne of the best masters in Naberezhnye Chelny, whom I completely trust with my nails. The office is always clean and tidy, instruments are disinfected after each client, and the equipment is modern. It’s easy to sign up, there’s a fairly large palette of colors and a lot of manicure options, there’s plenty to choose from. The price is cheaper than most salons in the city.
