I’ve been going to Mowgli’s hairdresser for a very long time for haircuts and coloring. I recently had my eyebrows corrected by a cosmetologist, I liked it. True, sometimes it’s difficult to make an appointment with a specialist at a convenient time; I would like to see the windows expanded.
