Research in the field of massage techniques began in 1998, after graduating from specialization. course “Sports massage and rehabilitation” at the Olympic Reserve School (UOR).

He studied everything related to the capabilities of the human body: from osteopathy and manual therapy, to training ballerinas, yogis, fighters, etc.
As a result, he developed his own approach to teaching movements and his own method of massage techniques - an original set of special exercises and contact work with the body, which have a profound, comprehensive effect on the human body and are highly effective (Kutuzoff health system).

The theoretical and practical basis of the method is based on two fundamental principles of Yangshengxue, the Chinese “teaching of life nurturing”:
1. Fan Lao Huan Tong - the process of “turning from old age back to youth.”
2. Zhi wei bing - “the highest art of healing is to cure a disease that has not yet begun.”

A distinctive feature of KHS massage techniques is that a specific effect is exerted not only on body tissues, but on all fluid systems of the body, as well as on one of the most important fluids of the body - interstitial.

A wide variety of pulsating, slow wave-like movements and techniques does not allow one to get used to tactile stimulation, as a result of which the effect on the nervous and fluid systems is more holistic.
