Simply the best, in my opinion, not only as a tattoo specialist, but also as a good cosmetologist. The only drawback for the average client is that Irina Karpova has an extremely busy schedule, so sometimes she has to make an appointment several weeks in advance. Everything is sterile, in full compliance with all sanitation rules, and most importantly, tattooing is painless. I recommend.
