I began to learn the basics of massage art in March 2020. Ok, I admit... I studied therapeutic massage back in medical college when I was a green student back in 2008. What I knew then is now morally outdated and more like a protocol for torture. Having moved to Russia while receiving higher education, he worked part-time in a fitness club as a trainer and massage therapist. On the day of training, I purchased my first couch and practiced the acquired knowledge at home on my younger brother and friends. Before the school closed, I passed the exam in taping and classical massage and continued to study further at home. Private lessons, an individual approach - helped to close the gaps that arose along the way... This was the first step to manual therapy and osteopathy, now I have thousands of hours of training behind me and there will be an infinite number of them, because the path of a body therapist has always been paved to a constant search for knowledge for in order to be helpful and effective for our patients.
