Excellent Recommends master: YesFor the first time in my life I decided to get a tattoo and immediately found a good artist. Irina managed to do both lip tattoo and eyebrow tattoo perfectly. Thanks her. :-) I plan to visit this artist again for eye tattooing. I will also note that Irina knows a lot about her business.
