Excellent Recommends master: YesI turn to Yulia when I need to dye my hair, she does everything carefully and efficiently, I like it. The prices for services are acceptable in comparison with other hairdressers, this, I must admit, is also attractive. A few days ago I had a coloring session and turned from blonde to brown-haired, it turned out great, even my husband, who is stingy with compliments, appreciated it :-)
