Hello, my name is Smirnov Ivan.
I am the founder of the Kozhemyaka massage workshop, a specialist in massage, kinesio taping and vacuum gradient therapy.
The idea to connect my life and work activities with massage and patient rehabilitation came to me during my coaching activities in 2010. Even then, there was an awareness of the close interaction between physical activity and the need to ensure a speedy recovery of the body after it.
Completing an extended practical training course in health massage helped me choose the necessary method and method for rehabilitating patients.
By that time, I was working not only with athletes but with everyone who wanted to.
Feeling the need to constantly develop my knowledge, skills and abilities, I began to study completely new methods of rehabilitation for our region, such as: kinesio taping, instrumental mobilization of soft tissues, myofascial release, percussion massage.
Having an impressive multi-faceted experience of working with various patients, I strive to help everyone who comes to me as much as possible.
