Dmitry, this is who you need if you want to depict a truly beautiful and vibrant tattoo on your body. He is an artist, which means that if you come to him with a picture in your head, he will be able to bring it to life for you. And not as often happens from another photo or “I need this one.” Tell him what you want to portray and he will make it happen. For the price, I’ll say this, if you want it just like that, then you can either go to the zone, where you can pay about half a pack of tea, or try it yourself. The prices are affordable, although..what is your idea, but an idea is almost a dream, and a dream can be expensive.
