ExcellentA good hairdresser in Perm, of which there are quite a few in every district of the city. I only go here because it's the closest. However, for a regular day you can get a very good hairstyle here at an economical cost. For special evenings I go to another salon. Overall very clean and comfortable. Haircuts are not done clumsily, there are also very talented hairdressers who strive to create, the main thing is to explain well what exactly you want.
