Awful Recommends salon: NoThis is not a salon, but an economy-class nail studio with trainee masters who study right there and practice their skills on clients. Good craftsmen left and clients along with them. The owner of the “salon” Elena is irresponsible, does not fulfill her obligations to pay for the work performed, so I do not recommend that craftsmen go to work in this “salon”, and other specialists avoid any cooperation with this establishment.
