Let's get acquainted! A few facts about my professional path:

1. By first education, I am a mathematics teacher. My technical education helps me build coherent logical chains and understand process algorithms. The pedagogical component of my first education helps me easily convey complex information to clients. During consultations, I often draw diagrams, pictures, icons, talk about the structure - everything is as clear and simple as possible.

2. I have been in personal therapy since 2012. This suggests that I know and understand the counseling process well, not only as a specialist, but also as a client. It also means that I myself went through this path of getting to know myself. I fell into the abyss and rose up, acquired new habits, changed my worldview, resisted change, cried with grief and rejoiced at my victories. And today I continue my self-development.

3. In 2016, I received a diploma as a teacher-psychologist from the Samara Regional Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Education Workers. From September to July we studied theory and practice. The result of the training was my thesis on the topic “Strategies of behavior in conflict situations of adults with different self-esteem.”

Over the past 5 years, I have completed more than 500 hours of training through various seminars, workshops, webinars and continuing education courses. She took part in a report on the results of her work in several city and regional conferences.

4. In addition to consulting, I have experience working as a psychologist in various government organizations. My first place of work is FKU IK-10 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Samara Region (strict security men's colony). An incredible experience of humanity - that's what I call it. Without judgment, without stereotypes, without the influence of attitudes, you need to help and see a person as a person, even when it is very difficult. Unique experience!

5. Next was the Center for Social Services for Elderly and Disabled Citizens. I received so much warmth and inspiration there! These were the most grateful clients of my life. Old age can be bright and energetic - now I know that for sure!

‍6. Next came work in kindergarten. This was the most responsible job of all for me. Children do not yet have critical thinking and they endlessly trust adults. This requires accuracy and delicacy, as you can greatly harm the child.
7. Now I work at the Samara Social Pedagogical College and the Lyceum of Civil Service and Law Enforcement Agencies. Adolescence is very difficult, but also incredibly interesting. Teenagers develop very quickly and the adults around them simply have to keep up with the students. At college I help students, their parents and teachers cope with difficult life situations, and at the Lyceum I teach an elective course in Psychology.

As you can see, my work experience is very diverse. I successfully find a common language with people of different ages.

I work individually with the following issues:
- conflicts with husband (wife), with parents (relatives), with children, colleagues;
- apathy, bad mood, irritation;
- lack of strength, interest in life;
- difficulties in children's learning, adolescence, behavioral problems in children.
