I've been regularly getting manicures and pedicures from Nellie W. for about six months now. Quality and appearance 5+. There is only one drawback - Nelly does both manicure and pedicure herself, which wastes a lot of time. It would be more convenient if 2 masters worked at the same time, when one does a manicure, and the second does a pedicure at the same time.
