I help people who find themselves in various crisis situations and experiencing difficult conditions: post-traumatic stress disorder, apathy, loss of interest in life, “loss” of oneself, cooling in relationships with loved ones, emotional dependence on someone/something, violence, etc. ., cope with them, find your own inner resource and live a fulfilling, happy life.

In my consulting and psychotherapeutic work, I use methods of existential analysis, as well as art therapy (projective techniques, metaphorical associative maps, fairy tale therapy, music therapy on drums).
