Chop-Chop is not the most budget-friendly barbershop in Saratov, but the barbers know their business. For those who don’t need any special atmosphere or a touch of luxury, but just need a quick and high-quality haircut and beard care, I recommend this place. In my opinion, the price fully corresponds to the quality, it’s always clean and tidy, and if you don’t have enough surroundings, go to the museum.
