Each of us faces certain difficulties throughout our lives: we make difficult choices, experience grief, separation or loss, experience fear, anxiety, loneliness. Sometimes we feel helpless or lost, we don’t know how to live further, where to go and what to do.

It is at such moments that we look for support and support.

At the same time, deciding to turn to a psychologist can be very difficult, and therapy is not an easy path.

Therefore, I have great respect for everyone who decides to make changes in their life and to understand themselves and their world.

It is important for me to be careful and try to create a space in which the client can begin the journey of knowing himself and his needs.
