Just the other day I visited the Base coat beauty salon. I wanted to have my eyebrows tinted with henna, I made an appointment and arrived at the appointed time. Among the amenities, one can note the atmosphere of the salon, which is conducive to coziness and comfort. The master was good, simply good, and completed the work relatively quickly.
