Came here for eyelash extensions for the third time in my life. I don't understand anything about eyelashes. Having explained to the specialist that I wanted light extensions and a “fox” shape, I lay down on the couch at 6 pm. At nine o'clock they gave me a mirror and I could finally open my eyes. It was a nightmare in Java! My eyes are small and narrow. Now imagine 3D on such narrow little ones. It was hard for me to lift my eyelids. The space between the eyelashes was tight and painful. I told the master that this was terrible and asked him to remove this horror. She began to persuade me not to take off everything, but just a little bit. OK! Persuaded. It still looked terrible! On one eye it was so thick that you could sleep on it, on the other a little less. For about 30 minutes she tried to remove the excess. In short, it hurt my eyes. Everything was already hurting me and she finally decided to take them off for me. Removal was also very long and painful. After an hour of torment, I raised my tone at her and asked her to wipe my eyes so that I could open them! I left the salon with crooked remnants of eyelash extensions. I'm silent about the pain. The director calls me and asks what happened. I asked another master to remove this disgrace. The man tried to assure me that everything was fine with my eyes and that he did not understand my complaints. The argument was that he saw everything that happened on CCTV cameras. The conversation with this man was extremely unprofessional on his part! This is not leadership, but moral humiliation and use of women! Making me look like a guilty and dissatisfied woman, he said that he would send me an SMS to confirm the withdrawal appointment. The SMS did not arrive and I went to another master. As a result, I spent a lot of time and my eyes still hurt! I was in the salon from 18:00 to 22:30. At 20:30 I got up with eyelash extensions in horror, from 20:30 to 22:30 they filmed this horror for me! I do not recommend going to this salon..... if your eyes are expensive, avoid this place!
